Mimo grew up watching the streets of Cairo come alive at mealtime: vendors grilling shawarma over open flame, families gathered around steaming pots of koshari, the smell of kunafa drifting out of corner bakeries. Every recipe here is a love letter to those memories.
We use halal meats and real Egyptian spice blends, and cook every order when you place it.
